Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Beyond that, RatchetRig.com works on the honor system as we believe we have designed an effective, simple, reliable, and durable solution to managing and securing ratchet straps via the StrapWrangler.  That means, if you're unhappy for any reason, please just let us know.  You won't need to ship anything back if you want a refund due to poor satisfaction.  But, we may request feedback regarding your experience to help us improve our product and services.
